Charlotte Day Wilson is a name you can’t ignore in the contemporary R&B music scene. Based out of Toronto, Canada. Charlotte is a talented contemporary R&B singer & songwriter popular for her soul-soothing music. She gained popularity in the mid-2010s with her single “Work” and other collaborations with several popular artists and has been on the rise since then.
Early Life
Born and brought up in Toronto, Canada. Charlotte studied classical piano in childhood. Soon, she moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, to study music at university. But later dropped out to focus on her music career. Charlotte released her EP “Palimpsest” in 2012. which was followed by her singles “Avondale”, “Stephen” and “Montreal”.

“Changes” is one of Charlotte’s popular music tracks that highlight her melodious voice and soulful composition. The track revolves around how changes can be hard to adapt to in life, but they eventually get us where we belong. The soulful singing along with deep meaningful lyrics make for an overall wonderful track. “Changes” is directed by Kevan Funk and produced by Charlotte herself.
In 2021, Charlotte was also nominated for the “Juno Award” for Traditional R&B – Soul Recording of the Year for her single “Take Care of You”. The track also featured popular artist Syd. Having had an inspiring journey throughout her music career. Charlotte Day Wilson has released several stellar tracks and has made a name for herself in the music industry.
